You will have to print a copy, fill it out (please do not sign the adoption agreement until the day of your adoption), and If you would like a smooth adoption process without any issues, please scan/copy and email/mail us a copy of your application so that we can match you with the best pooch.

Adoption Donation
The donation is not a “fee or sale price”, but a request to defer or reimburse rescuer for any and all medical expenses, or any other expenses incurred by the dog or rescuer to consider the dog for adoption; we do ask for a minimum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250) as most of our dogs are adults unless previously negotiated and authorized since the costs of these expenses can be VERY COSTLY due to the situation most of these dogs come from. The following chart below is effective as of 2012.
